O acesso ao Arpoador é realizado pela faixa de areia da praia. Veículos 4x2 podem fazer o trajeto, mas a entrada e a saída devem ser programadas durante a maré baixa, de acordo com a tábua de marés.

Dentro do vilarejo, alguns trechos possuem areia mais profunda e determinados deslocamentos podem exigir veículo 4x4 ou transfer local.

Não há supermercados, farmácias ou postos de combustível no Arpoador. Recomendamos realizar compras e abastecimento em Tutóia antes da chegada, incluindo água, mantimentos, protetor solar, repelente e medicamentos de uso pessoal.

A rede elétrica do vilarejo é 220V e, em períodos de maior movimento, podem ocorrer oscilações ou quedas de energia.
